In Greene County district Joey Ann Godwin, 36, of Jefferson and Tyson James Ruth, 36, of Jefferson pleaded not guilty to charges of possession of burglars tools. Trial dates were set for Jan. 24 in both cases.
A case was initiated Nov. 7 against Jami Lyn Stupka, 26, of Webster City on a charge of manufacture/ deliver/ or possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana.
